The encounter
A friend approached me for his sister’s newly open business, a daycare center for primary school children. The name of the company is “QQ Ceria“.
The brief
The logo should not be a typical daycare center which has a kid playing with a toy or a house’s rooftop sheltering the kids. The reason why it’s because for future the brand is not limited to only daycare business, the logo should be scalable to fit in other education related product such as stationary, textbook, etc.

Sliding puzzle
There is no doubt that toy makes kid happy. To promote one of the daycare center’s features in which they will provide aid in children’s homework instead of just letting them having fun there, thus a toy that is fun to play yet benefit the children’s mind is required.
Sliding puzzle is selected to symbolize both fun and to have a problem solving mind.
Mixing the elements
Design part for this logo would be try to mix both letter “Q” and the sliding puzzle.
